Congratulations to PS&FPB tenor drummer Katie Cruz on taking second place in the Juvenile Tenor category at the Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway Indoor Solo Competition held at Sanquhar Academy last weekend.
Katie was accompanied by piper Sean McHugh and leading drummer Blair Faulds.
Well done to all the other prize winners on the day in what proved to be a high standard of competition across all categories. Our thanks also go to the stewards, judges, and the event organisers, the RSPBA Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway Branch, for delivering a successful and well-run contest.
